Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Chapter 13 bankruptcy is another form of personal bankruptcy and can provide debt relief.  A Chapter 13 may be an option for you if you are facing foreclosure or if, in the eyes of the bankruptcy court, you have disposable income.  In addition, a Chapter 13 can be filed even if you have filed a Chapter 7 in the last seven years.

A Chapter 13 can be thought of as a debt consolidation and can help with the a payment plan over three to five years.  In addition, a Chapter 13 may provide debt relief as unsecured credits may be discharged at the end of the payment plan.

I offer free consultations to determine whether a Chapter 7 or a Chapter 13 bankruptcy could be an option for you.
